Kaitlin Welch

Kaitlin Welch, CPA, graduated Summa Cum Laude with an M.S. in Accounting from Lehigh University in 2011. After graduation, Kaitlin spent three years in New York City working for a Big Four Public Accounting Firm. Kaitlin also has two years of experience as a Financial Analyst III. Kaitlin currently resides in Pittsburgh with her husband.

Allen Martindale

Allen Martindale is an editor and director who was on the ground floor when new Media exploded into today's culture. For the last six years he has directed, produced and edited internet video and podcasts in the northwest. His poplar sports podcast, The Dog and Deuce Show, found early success and quickly developed into a television show. 

Allen's work extends across commercial, television and film production. His clients include the Utah Jazz, Rite Aid Corporation, Prime Fitness, Classic Air Medical, Re/Max, Torn by Sports, Southern Utah Live and many more. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Art Institute of Salt Lake City with a B.S. in Digital Filmmaking & Video Production.

Allen has refined his skill set to pursue excellence in content development and enthusiastically seizes every opportunity to tell compelling stories. He is a native of Salt Lake City where is currently resides with his family.

Brad GRIMM

Brad Grimm is an award winning cinematographer and editor. Brad has always had a passion for storytelling having started making films at the age of 11. In 2007 his documentary "Smokey Misconceptions" played in Washington DC to leaders from around the world. That same year he was the first university film student in 30 years to win both the College Television Awards and a national internship from the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences. His transition into commercial and content work has allowed him to shoot for an ever growing list of national and international brands including McDonald's, Lexus, Discovery Channel, CNN, Rite Aid, ESPN and many others. His feature length documentary on the rags to riches story of Forrest Lucas, the founder of Lucas Oil, is currently playing in film festivals around the country. Brad currently lives in New York City where his passion for cinematography, storytelling and innovation has never been stronger.
